Shipping Rates

RADA offers free worldwide delivery on orders above $300. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

Shipping cost for orders below $300:

• Indonesia: Free Shipping
• Worldwide: Flat rate 500.000 IDR

Processing Time

All orders placed on the website are shipped from Bali, Indonesia. Your order will be packed and shipped within 2 business days from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including all shipment details. 

Estimated Shipping Time

In average, shipments will be delivered within 2-30 business days worldwide, depends on to which destination country. Delays may occur in busy periods, such as during promotional sales and the weeks before Christmas. Your order will be delivered to your delivery address or your local delivery point. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

Taxes And Duties

The prices of products are expressed in Rupiah (IDR), inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties, for orders outside of Indonesia that shall be borne by the Customer.

RADA cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
